Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP3CA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP3CA data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP3CA Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP3CA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SARC, and COAD are the cancer types where PPP3CA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
