PPP3CA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP3CA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,307 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP3CA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP3R1, ARID3A_S119, and NOP2. Each is linked with PPP3CA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3CA-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3CA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP3CA versus PPP3R1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP3CA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP3CA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
