Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP3CA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,452 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP3CA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of saliva secretion, Positive regulation of calcium ion-dependent exocytosis of neurotransmitter, and Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway. Each is linked with PPP3CA in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3CA-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3CA results are reported.
