The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PPP2R5E Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R5E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where PPP2R5E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
