Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2R5E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,196 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R5E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with PPP2R5E in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R5E-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R5E results are reported.
