The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PPP2R5C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R5C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and LUSC are the cancer types where PPP2R5C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
