Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2R5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,793 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R5C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, Regulation of mitotic nuclear division, and Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint. Each is linked with PPP2R5C in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R5C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R5C results are reported.
