Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2R3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,059 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PPP2R3B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R3B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule-based process grouped by PPP2R3B-low versus PPP2R3B-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
