Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R2DP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP2R2DP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PPP2R2DP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R2DP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and OV show a favorable association.
COAD, LUSC, and OV are the cancer types where PPP2R2DP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
