Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R2D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP2R2D data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PPP2R2D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R2D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

ESCA, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where PPP2R2D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
