PPP2R2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2R2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,326 significant associations in total. PCPG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP2R2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNDC1, SRXN1, and TMEM63C. Each is linked with PPP2R2C in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R2C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2C versus KNDC1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP2R2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP2R2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
