Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R2C RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP2R2C data layer compared with 9 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PPP2R2C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and ACC show a favorable association.
KIRC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where PPP2R2C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
