Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2R2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,700 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC7A5, CTNNBIP1, and MTX3. Each is linked with PPP2R2C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R2C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2C versus SLC7A5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP2R2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP2R2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
