Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2R2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HCC1L, ZNF74, and YBX1P2. Each is linked with PPP2R2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R2C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HCC1L grouped by PPP2R2C-low versus PPP2R2C-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP2R2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP2R2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
