Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2R2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SEZ6L, and RASL10A. Each is linked with PPP2R2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R2B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2B versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP2R2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP2R2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
