Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP2R1B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PPP2R1B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.

CESC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PPP2R1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
