Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R1B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP2R1B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher PPP2R1B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

GBM, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PPP2R1B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
