The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher PPP2R1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, THCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where PPP2R1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
