Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2CB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,950 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2CB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2R2A, XPO7, and SH2D4A. Each is linked with PPP2CB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2CB-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2CB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP2CB versus PPP2R2A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP2CB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP2CB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
