The most reproducible PPP2CB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and Multivesicular body assembly. Each is linked with PPP2CB in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2CB-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2CB results are reported.
