Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2CA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,385 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP2CA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA4, YTHDC2, and PHAX. Each is linked with PPP2CA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2CA-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2CA results are reported.
