Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2CA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,512 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP2CA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAAX-box protein maturation, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex disassembly, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with PPP2CA in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2CA-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2CA results are reported.
