The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher PPP1R9A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R9A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where PPP1R9A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
