Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,431 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R9A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA recombination, Negative regulation of vitamin D biosynthetic process, and Regulation of vitamin D biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PPP1R9A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R9A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R9A results are reported.
