Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R3E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,464 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R3E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, mRNA splice site recognition, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with PPP1R3E in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R3E-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R3E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by PPP1R3E-low versus PPP1R3E-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
