Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R3E RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R3E data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PPP1R3E RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R3E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PPP1R3E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
