Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB113, E2F6P1, and RDM1. Each is linked with PPP1R3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R3D-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R3D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB113 grouped by PPP1R3D-low versus PPP1R3D-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
