Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R35 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R35 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher PPP1R35 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA and COAD are the cancer types where PPP1R35 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
