PPP1R35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,291 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1, PDAP1, and DNAJC2. Each is linked with PPP1R35 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R35-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R35 versus ZKSCAN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R35→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
