Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,404 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Activation of transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PPP1R35 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R35-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R35 results are reported.
