The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher PPP1R32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and LIHC are the cancer types where PPP1R32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
