PPP1R32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,533 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R32-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01089, ATF7-NPFF, and SPPL2B. Each is linked with PPP1R32 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R32-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R32 versus LINC01089 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R32→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
