PPP1R32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R32-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1972-2, DCX, and OR1D5. Each is linked with PPP1R32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R32-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1972-2 grouped by PPP1R32-low versus PPP1R32-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R32→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
