Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,623 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, and Pyrimidine nucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PPP1R32 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R32-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by PPP1R32-low versus PPP1R32-high in URINARY_TRACT.
