Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R2C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R2C data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP1R2C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where PPP1R2C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
