Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,604 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, Regulation of translational initiation by eIF2 alpha phosphorylation, and Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with PPP1R2B in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R2B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing grouped by PPP1R2B-low versus PPP1R2B-high in KICH.
