The most reproducible PPP1R26P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mannosylation, Regulation of peptidyl-lysine acetylation, and Apoptotic mitochondrial changes. Each is linked with PPP1R26P4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R26P4-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R26P4 results are reported.
