Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R26P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R26P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PPP1R26P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R26P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.
CESC, MESO, and READ are the cancer types where PPP1R26P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
