PPP1R21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,179 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular mRNA localization, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Termination of RNA polymerase III transcription. Each is linked with PPP1R21 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R21-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of intracellular mRNA localization grouped by PPP1R21-low versus PPP1R21-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
