Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R21-associated genes across cancer lineages are A3GALT2, HTN3, and FGF4. Each is linked with PPP1R21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R21-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R21 results are reported.
