The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PPP1R1C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUAD, and STAD are the cancer types where PPP1R1C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
