Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R1B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP1R1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where PPP1R1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
