Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R1B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R1B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP1R1B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, COAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where PPP1R1B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
