Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 618 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, HIGD1AP15, and MIR6069. Each is linked with PPP1R1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6894 grouped by PPP1R1B-low versus PPP1R1B-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
