Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R16B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,386 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R16B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPNE5, RAB33A, and PNOC. Each is linked with PPP1R16B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R16B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R16B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R16B versus CPNE5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R16B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R16B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
