Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R16B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R16B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC5, ACSM2B, and CRYBA1. Each is linked with PPP1R16B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R16B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R16B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC5 grouped by PPP1R16B-low versus PPP1R16B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R16B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R16B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
