The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PPP1R16A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R16A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SCLC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PPP1R16A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
