Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R15B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,148 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R15B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC117, ZYG11B, and ZNF281. Each is linked with PPP1R15B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R15B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R15B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R15B versus CCDC117 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
