Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R15B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R15B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, BROX, and ADAR. Each is linked with PPP1R15B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R15B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R15B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R15B versus RPRD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
