The most reproducible PPP1R15B-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with PPP1R15B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R15B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R15B results are reported.
